Beer Style: BRUT IPA
A cooperative batch with our friend DEJF brewery. This is an extremely fermented Brut IPA with the addition of herbs. Specifically, we used chamomile and lemon balm. Along with the Nelson Sauvin and Strata hop varieties, they have contributed to an interesting flavor packed white wine complemented by an herbal line.
