STOUT, PORTER

Choco, honey, fennel

Beer style: imperial stout

Our first very strong stout. 24% EPM. The unusual combination of flavours may be strange at first, but after a sip you will understand that they are a good match. A big dose of chocolate beans that immediately hits you in the nose, pounds and pounds of local honey and a reverb of fennel seeds. You'll find it all in this beer for a quiet, relaxing drink.

Raspberry Temptation

Beer style: Baltic Porter

A strong dark bottom-fermented beer, very chocolatey in taste thanks to the addition of cocoa beans, very raspberry. Dessert beer full of flavour.

Soirée

Beer style: the IMPERIAL STOUT

The beer we've been looking forward to for months is now being released. Local collaboration is the best, and when you have two different products coming together, it's almost perfection. We were able to get together with Peter Kvasnicka (Father's coffee, who are based in Stara Bela like us) and create a beer with loads of coffee. The ideal beer was an Imperial stout, in this case 22%EPM, and we added coffee from Nicaragua, specifically Bethania Anaerobic coffee. Expect an intense coffee flavor, a strong dark beer in the base, and a long finish. That's why the name Soirée encourages a nice winter evening in the company of this beer.
