Our next new beer is called Appka. As the name suggests, the beer is in the American pale ale style and is hopped with Citra, Ekuanot and Idaho 7 varieties. The light colour, lighter body and pleasant cold hopping greatly enhance the drinkability.

A light PALE ALE primarily brewed with Citra hops and a slight addition of Strata hops.

Misty Rye
Beer style: HAZY PALE ALE
Hazy pale ale with a large addition of rye malt. Expect a very full flavour and low bitterness despite the low level of bitterness. The hop profile is provided by El dorado, Galaxy and Simcoe hops. Significantly fruity in both flavour profile and aroma.

Our new Waiora beer is a refreshing New Zealand Pale Ale with Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, and mainly Superdelic hops. It brings notes of lime, white wine, and tropical fruit with a light body and pleasant bitterness. A piece of authentic New Zealand in your glass.
