A new sour ale with a slight winter flavour. A combination of flavours that immediately evokes a Christmas and winter atmosphere. Pear and cinnamon go beautifully together, which is why we chose them for our new sour.

An almost Christmassy sour ale with a good dose of plums, cinnamon and cloves. At least it evokes in us a beautiful Christmas atmosphere to which only good cookies and a burning fireplace are missing.

Sour Buzz, a sour drink full of mango, pineapple, and pear. Guarantees tropical tones softened by pear. Refreshment in every sip (or glass).
Tropical City
Beer style: Pastry sour ale
The first, but certainly not the last pastry sour ale from our brewery. This version, with loads of tropical fruit, is very drinkable despite its higher tier. The flavor is of course dominated by the supplied mango, guava and lime, along with subtle hints of vanilla and lactose.
Wake Up! / cooperation with STERN
Beer style: IMPERIAL GOSE
Wake Up is a full-bodied Imeprail Gose-style beer that will quickly rouse you from your winter slumber. The flavor is dominated by wild rhubarb and pink pepper—a combination that lends the beer both elegance and an unconventional character. The rhubarb gives the beer a juicy fullness, while the pepper adds a spicy kick that will instantly get you on your feet.
