Casual IPA

Beer style: IPA

Another new beer style is IPA. The brewer describes it as a kind of "casual" beer. It's a 15-hop IPA that is brewed in a modern way, with significant hops for flavor and higher proof. It's hopped with Azacca and Amarillo varieties, which give the beer a citrus-floral aroma.

Hops in mind?

Beer style: Double dry hopped IPA

Our new IPA. This time it's DDH, which stands for double dry hopped, or double cold hopped. And you can tell. A 14-hop IPA with a distinct fruity aroma along with a slightly spicy finish. All thanks to a combination of Idaho 7, Citra Cryo and Columbus hops.

It's Time for BRU-1

Beer style: Hazy IPA

The continuation of the It's Time for. This variant is hopped with a variety called BRU-1. You can expect the pineapple notes that are typical of this hop. Just like last time, this is a 14-hop Hazy IPA.

It's Time for Simcoe

Beer style: Hazy IPA

The It's time for series has grown by another member. This time we used a classic American variety called Simcoe. We are big fans of this hop, so we decided it had to be next. Expect classic aromas and flavors typical of this hop such as citrus, fruity to piney, plus of course medium bitterness and a strong haze. Nothing to add but Cheers!

Kick Ass

Beer style: Milkshake DIPA

The new collaboration is just right! Once again we teamed up with our friend David Hanzelka aka Dejf and brewed something very interesting. The beer, called Kick Ass, is an 18°P milkshake double IPA with mango and vanilla, richly cold hopped with Cryo Citra and Cryo POP. The beer is beautifully full-bodied, crisp, and easy drinking despite its strength, and it's all complemented by primarily hops and fruit in the aroma, and accented by Madagascar vanilla in the flavor. Cheers!

Nest in West

Beer style: West Coast IPA

HAKSNA Brewery is home to the captivating West Coast IPA 15° (India Pale Ale), a luxuriously hopped, very fragrant lady with American Citra, Simcoe and Mosaic hops. You can look forward to a light aroma of citrus, exotic fruits, hints of herbs and mango. Despite the strength of the aromas, this top-fermented beer is beautifully refreshing and loved by men and women alike. The combination of dominant bitterness and higher alcohol content is perfect for long summer evenings. Just like the wild west in the east of the Czech Republic. Cheers!
