A lactose sour that resembles a refreshing liquid dessert full of apricots, peaches and vanilla!
The unusual piece was created as a cooperative batch of Hradecký Klenot and HAKSNA BREWERY. The guys have gone all out, now it's up to you to taste it and let us know how you liked this "biscuit" beer!

And our next pastry sour ale is here. A 15-step variation of the "sweet sour" this time enriched with blood orange, mandarin oranges, maple syrup and lactose. A refreshing beer with minimal bitterness and plenty of fruit.

Well, here's a bit of madness. A pastry sour ale called Brewers Breakfest. Imagine a healthy breakfast, full of oatmeal, banana, with a cube of quality chocolate (how else but from Jordis) and topped off with a spoonful of peanut butter. A great combination for us, so we put it all in our beer. We recommend giving this limited edition a try!

The 12-step Sour ALE, nicknamed the sour beer, is a very fruity pineapple beer that is top-fermented in the HAKSNY concept. So don't look for too much bitterness, but rather summer refreshment and an explosion of the palate. The exotic pineapple will make you dance and surprise you at the same time. Lovers of unexpected flavours will be in pineapple heaven and will definitely not stay with one bottle.
